Australian energy supplier Jemena held nationwide events for their employees to raise awareness about ‘invisible workplace risks’.

Participants shared their experiences, which I transformed into a large format artwork.

Once complete, I reworked the design into a pattern. It was installed in the Jemena head office, encouraging employees to reflect on their learning.
